• This property operates on a self-check-in basis. Physical room keys are collected from a designated mailbox located within the property.
• Complete check-in instructions, the mailbox details and access information will be provided prior to arrival once the pre-check-in requirements have been completed with customer service.
• Guests must provide a valid government-issued identification (IC/Passport) during the check-in process.
• A refundable security deposit of MYR 200 is required prior to check-in and will be refunded after check-out, subject to room inspection. Deposit refunds will be processed within 7 working days via the original payment method.
• Parking is subject to availability. Complimentary or paid parking may vary depending on the property and room type booked.
• Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
• Guests under 18 years old must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
